Refund policy
What is your return policy?
Returns are available within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn or unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I return my order?
To start a return, contact us at Care@nomiraonline.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Care@nomiraonline.com so we can resolve the issue.
Sale items and gift cards are Non-Returnable Items
Exchanges
We do not accept direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return your original item through the process above and place a new order once your return is approved.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Return Cost
- Local returns within UAE are free.
Multiple Orders
You can return multiple orders in a single shipment if each order is within the 7-day return policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5–7 working days to process and post the refund.
