Shipping policy

For all UAE destinations, orders placed by 5:00 PM are eligible for Express Delivery, which typically arrives within 1–2 working days, and the delivery fee will be AED 20.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns

To change your delivery time or address, please get in touch with the Customer Care team and they will aim to fulfil your request as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by the freight company, payment authorization, or public holidays. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.

Delivery address:

We give authority to leave for all our parcels with our courier service. For this reason, we suggest you provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive your parcel. If a business address is provided, our courier company require the business' name. Should no one be present at delivery, the parcel will be left at the address.
Once an order has been dispatched, Nomira is unable to amend the delivery location or redirect your order.
